We also learned how to describe your desired future what you want to become. Once you have your personal mission statement defined, you can then determine your horizons.

Such statements are your main sources and tools to develop meaningful goals, objectives, strategic activities and day to day operations of the strategic plan. How do you do this?
Break out your mission and vision down and develop goals to meet every sentence or phrase. Then take each goal and identify strategic projectsactivities which, if implemented, will achieve the goal. Also, take any strategic activity for each goal, and break each down into specific actions to be implemented. When assigning names and dates of each of the specific actions that have developed a comprehensive strategic plan that, once completed, should be lower on your way to personal success and business future.
Here is an abbreviated example, taking a small sample ofwith the example company mission and vision statements to show how an element of the strategic plan should look for:
Mission Statement (extract) = supply and distribution of wellness products in North America
Company Vision (excerpt) = develop the company to become international distributors Wellness
Objective 1 = beyond the North American market
Goal 1 = get the certification of international distributors by the end of first quarter
Strategy A = Getcertified to do business internationally
Measure 1 = Subscribe / pay for the class of training before the end of the week
Action 2 = study / Take exam international certification by the end of the month
Strategy B = Get new distributors in India
Measure 1 = list of contacts in the course of prospects in India by the end of the month
Action 2 = ad Place in The Times of Punjab, at the end of the week
Action 3 = Educating qualified candidates within 2 weeks after contact
Action 4 = logup new distributors and training by the end of the quarter
Objective 2 = another train to expand their distribution networks in the world

In the above example, note that the goal is a general statement that, once achieved, you can get the vision and the objective is a statement that allows you to measure your stated objective. The measure may be a matter of timedollars or another form of progression.
Note that there are multiple strategies for each goal and objective. This is the typical case of strategies, as they are often multiple must be implemented to achieve any goal. It is also true that with the actions required to implement each strategy – more actions are needed to carry out each strategy.
