Networking is one of the most important skills you never know. I think the question is: "What is networking?" Essentially the network is the ability to develop or build a relationship with people who do not know. The art of networking is developing its own network is a group of people that you can share your ideas, information, resources, and you can present your members network with each other to help each member of your network to a city objective.
In the book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill talks about building the network mastermind group is simply a sophisticated network that will help you on your way to obscene riches and success. There are many examples of people in the book Think and Grow Rich that have built their networks to help them achieve the success they seek.
In the chapter, Desire, Napoleon Hill talked about how Edwin C. Barnes had the desire to becomeBusiness Partners> Thomas A. Edison has achieved its objective by building a network that helped him make the point that was equally and become the partner of Thomas Edison.
Knowing where and how to start building the network is the biggest challenge. Below I set four basic steps as part of the plan network.
Step 1. Define your lust
Napoleon Hill says in Think and Grow Rich that you can get what you really want andreal networks. What is your desire to build the network and the people in your network?
For example, your desire for the network would be to build a network of companies, as the mind, for example, could be a manufacturer and the network you want to build should include painters, decorators, architects, etc. The desire loans the network can provide 60% of your business network.
In essence, what should you do when you startbuild the network is to identify what you want your network to be. Make sure to write your wish on top of the page so that you can easily see what your desire.
Step 2. September Out Your Goals
Once you have a clear intention, the next step is to define the objectives of this desire. At first I gave the example of a network you could want as a producer. The willingness of the network of producers is to have painters, decorators, architects, loanthe network. The objectives of this four-step process, you must establish specific goals.
In Napoleon Hills Chapter, autosuggestion, said that in order to achieve your desire to be something you can see as tangible. All you need is the desire to be rich you will never get anything but the desire to make $ 400,000 in cash is a real desire and can be achieved. The same applies to the network.
If you build your network, you mustState your goals specifically that painters, decorators and architects want to be part of the network. You should write these down because they are tangible goals that people want to build a recovery plan to reach your network.
Step 3. Develop plan
The third phase of the network plan is to work on as you go online with this target group. Your plan should include a lot of research to determine where to spendtheir time and how we come together in a network environment.
For example, the target architecture can be a member of Rotary to develop your plan may be to find a way through your current network to join the Rotary same group as the target is a member of an architect. In your plan, you can determine who will go to four meetings and present to you four times before asking for a coffee with that person or to respond to anotherfunction to know them more closely.
Before defining these meetings in the stone you need to do research on their activities, but also the right questions to ask. Remember the key to becoming a Master Networker is to make the target feel important and ask them about their activities. There must be an agenda to push your business to the throat. Another task that I recommend, as part of this phase is to practice the delivery of your questions. I also want to involve your questions to memory before reaching the target group. The reason you do this practice is to ensure that the delivery of these questions is natural rather than staged. I urge you to ask a colleague to help you master these issues and as a practice you engage in a network function.
Step 4. Implement the plan
Once you have developed your plan, the final phase is the implementation of the plan and go out and start meeting people you want to share your network.
The bottom line is this, networking is a skill and like any skill it will take time to practice and then you must follow the process in four stages. Remember, no elite swimmers win Olympic gold without a clear> Map and lots of practice and networking is no different. Finally I would just indicate the four stages in the plan for the network.
